Executive Coaching
The Executive is provided with specialist feedback and guidance, in real time, through a series of facilitated one to one sessions with an agreed focus. This is leadership development on the job without removing one from day to day responsibilities and provides new ways to tackle old perceived problems or self-limitations. These sessions can be held in person or in a series of phone calls.
Leadership Presence Retreats
This is an innovative initiative where an individual leader undertakes an intensive session over several days with their own personal retreat leader. This takes place off site and provides the Executive with experiences to access and address obstacles to leadership presence as they emerge during the process.
Vision and Path-Setting
These are creative sessions where the facilitation focus is on mapping the big picture key deliverables for the future organization or team for group events. For an individual the map includes career orientation. The focus is on ensuring that the values and best intentions for future growth are bold, clear, accurate, achievable and inspirational. Then initial steps can be identified and agreed.
