Presence Leadership is...
The key is to keep company only with people who uplift you,
whose presence calls forth your best.
Presence
Presence comes from our innate gifts and skills: who we already are and our natural authority. Development of our presence is based on emerging theories about the single interconnected ‘field’ in which we exist, that everything possible is available in every moment, simultaneously and instantaneously: all we have to do is learn to pay attention.
Successful people are usually committed to self-improvement through learning. The irony of learning is that it can imply we are never good enough as we are.
A Zen teacher explains how learning and insight can be achieved just by being in the present. “Experience is not for growth: growth happens within experience”
PRESENCE is our unique response to what we are able to perceive
all around us in the moment.
