Changing Our World Through
Changing Our Relationships

In two decades of contributing to change in organizations through developing its people, we
have found that leadership growth is the strongest source of sustainable systemic change.
This has led us to refine our services to focus on Leadership Presence to build on
organizations’ investment in their people and enhance individual and group performance.

The three interconnecting models we focus to improve relationship across organizations are:

Paradigms, Polarities and Presence

Paradigm approaches address how our different frames of reference obstruct our ability to relate with one another. Understanding how others see the world and learning to communicate through others point of view can be a powerful change factor.
Models in use include Spiral Dynamics, the Leadership Development Framework, Seven Dimensions of Culture, Power/Politics/Influencing models, Myer Briggs Type Indicator, the Enneagram and Group Dynamics.

Polarities approaches address our tendency to react to situations as requiring simple “either/or” solutions to learn to progress towards “both/and” understandings of our work challenges.
Models in use include Polarity Mapping, Complexity Theory, Systems thinking and Action inquiry.

Presence approaches address individual personal ways that we can adapt and respond to what is occurring around us as leaders.
Models in use include Gestalt Theory, Eastern perspectives in achieving centredness, The Mandala of Being and Appreciative Inquiry
