Life force is the essence that supports the life of an individual, group, system or organization. It is an energy that is always present, which can always be accessed.
Life force is often recognized in charismatic people who reflect this energy outwards very attractively and powerfully. Presence leadership is about avoiding the obstacles (usually the mind’s reactions) that reduce our access to our life force.
When one is acting with presence, one is listened to, experienced as reassuring and the wiser perspectives in the situation are then acted upon.
